Terms & Conditions

DISPATCH
Goods will be dispatched following receipt of full payment. Any out of stock items
will be advised to the customer immediately. Dispatch times will be notified to thecustomer on receipt of order.

DELIVERY
Will be by courier unless previously agreed to post if orders are small and lightweight.
Delivery charges are not included in any prices and may be updated periodically.
No compensation wil be available in the event of products being lost or damaged
when sent by a postal service. Damages or shorts delivered by courier must be
reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery having taken place.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given if goods are faulty and a replacement can not be given
or if we are unable to fulfill the order following receipt of payment.
Returned goods cannot be accepted if they are damaged by the customer or are
found not to have been sold to the customer by our company.
Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund including delivery.
Where Artwork has been commissioned, we will not make a refund if a sample has been
approved, unless the goods are damaged. All other commissioned Artwork, we will refund the full amount, minus cost of materials plus 10% of the total value, as we are unable to resell 'BESPOKE' designs.

PRIVACY & COPYRIGHT
Your details or personal images will not be passed onto any third party.
All image reproduction work is undertaken on the understanding that the customer
is either the copyright holder or has the copyright holders consent to reproduce
images and/or text. Payment of orders will be taken as proof of such ownership or
consent and the customer will be held responsible for any loss that we may incur for
any breach of copyright that maybe subsequently discovered.

PAYMENT
In full by card or by cheque payable to Digital Wizardry. Goods will not be dispatched
until clearance is confirmed. All products remain our property until paid for in full.
All risk in the products (including their loss or destruction) will pass to you ;
Immediately upon the goods leaving our premises having been paid for in full.
